Spring Unwind - with Yin Yoga, Myofascial Release and Sound Meditation

Take a pause during Spring, to release tension, restore your mind and body, and reconnect with yourself.

This session combines:

• Yin yoga - Slow stretches that can be gentle or deep depending on your needs.

• Myofascial release using cork balls - Learn therapeutic massage techniques working into key points in the body to ease tension in connective tissue (fascia), improve mobility, and promote deep relaxation and emotional wellbeing.

• Soothing sound meditations - Gentle sound healing instruments will accompany you during the yoga, guiding you to relax, release and reflect. Featuring gongs, crystal and Himalayan bowls, percussion, and various other healing instruments.

• An opportunity for reflection and sharing.
  

Please bring water, blanket, pillow, yoga mat and wear comfortable clothes. Yoga mats and props are available to borrow at the studio if required.
