Spring Wyndham Active Holidays - Come and Try Hockey (5 to 10 years and 11 years to 18 years) 22 September

Come and learn how to play Hockey with Werribee Hockey Club. There are 2 sessions available, for 5 to 10 years and for 11 to 18 years.

Do your kids love running around chasing a ball or hitting things with a stick? Would they like to play in a team? Hockey is a great team sport where every player is encouraged to develop and play a part. Suitable for beginners and those who may have tried some Hockey at school.

From learning how to dribble a ball, passing and shooting to fun mini games, your kids will have a great experience of Hockey. If you are keen to try something new this is a great opportunity to have some fun and learn a little bit about Hockey - a truly exciting game.

Please book into the the session that best suits your child's age any registrations outside of this age will be cancelled. 

If you enjoy the session, chat to the coaches to find out how you can carry on.

Please bring:

• a drink bottle with water

• wear comfortable clothing you can be active in

• Trainers (this is a Come and Try session, so no specific gear is needed)

Wyndham Active Holidays is a partnership between Wyndham City Council and local community organisations. This session is a partnership with Werribee Hockey Club.

Registration information will be kept on a secure database and will be used in a statistical format for monitoring and evaluation purposes only. You may be contacted for feedback to help with course improvement/project evaluation. Medical information, name, age, gender and emergency contact details will be passed onto the coaches where required.
