Spring 2026 Wyndham Active Holidays - Come and Try Karate (5 to 8 years) 22 September

Join Kyokushin Karate Werrribee Dojo and try out Karate! This session is for 5 to 8 year olds.

Build confidence, discipline, fitness and self-defence skills through the exciting practice of Kyokushin Karate. Australian Kyokushin Karate Werribee Dojo provides a welcoming and inclusive environment where children and young people can learn fundamental martial arts techniques, improve coordination, develop respect for others, and strengthen their physical and mental wellbeing.

Sessions are delivered by experienced instructors and include basic karate movements, fitness activities, partner drills and fun skill-building exercises suitable for beginners and all ability levels..

Please bring:

• a drink bottle with water

• wear comfortable clothing you can be active in

Wyndham Active Holidays is a partnership between Wyndham City Council and local community organisations. This session is a partnership with Hoppers Crossing Karate school.
