Join FitrMe for a fitness for all training session for 8 year olds to adults.

Burn off some energy whilst learning fundamental movement skills to help build strength, fitness and agility. Great for creating a strong and fit body, and also as training to support sports. Activities are adapted to suit individual abilities to support everyone to be able to work out together.

Please note this session this session is for girls and boys 8 years to adults, any registrations outside of this age will be cancelled.

If you enjoy the session, chat to the coaches to find out how you can carry on.

Please bring:

a drink bottle with water
wear comfortable clothing you can be active in
Trainers (this is a Come and Try session, so no specific gear is needed)

Please arrive 10 minutes early and get your name ticked off on the register on arrival
If you feel unwell please consider whether you should attend the session.
Please follow any processes in place as directed by the coaches.

Registration information will be kept on a secure database and will be used in a statistical format for monitoring and evaluation purposes only. You may be contacted for feedback to help with course improvement/project evaluation. Medical information, name, age, gender and emergency contact details will be passed onto the coaches where required.
