Event description

Spring is a time of hope, birth, new opportunities, abundance and growth.

This offering is an opportunity for you to connect with like-minded souls, share together in the glory of Mother Nature, as we step into the season of spring.

Held within the beautiful Cumberland state forest, we will begin with a short, mindful, walking meditation followed by morning tea in the cafe Salinga.

A special 'Hope' themed Aura/room spray bottle will be created especially for the event and is included in the price.

Event information-

Date: Thursday 1st September 2022

Time: 10am (please arrive 5-10mins early for a 10am start).

Address: Cumberland State Forest, 95 Castle Hill Rd, West Pennant Hills.

Cost: $50  (includes meditation, morning tea and Hope aura/room spray)

Parking: Follow the signs to the visitor/information centre or cafe, where there is lots of free parking.

Meeting place: Outside the visitor centre/cafe.

Wear: comfy clothes and walking shoes.

Walking meditation: We will be slowly walking the sensory trail which is an easy grade, flat and disability accessible loop track. Scattered during the walking meditation will be moments of pause, refection and mindfulness.

Morning tea: In cafe Saligna. Included within the price is 1 non-alcoholic drink and 1 item from their selection of cakes or one of the following- pear & raspberry bread, banana bread, raisin toast or croissant.
