• Sibling tickets 🎟️

  Can siblings attend?

  Absolutely! Siblings are welcome to attend. If siblings are in different age groups, please book the appropriate ticket for each child based on their age.

  A sibling add-on ticket may be available for additional children attending the same session. Please check the event ticket options for current pricing.

  Our activities are planned with the intended age group in mind, so if you have children of different ages, you are welcome to choose the session that works best for your family.

• Early bird tickets 🎟️

  What are Early Bird tickets?

  Early Bird tickets are our special introductory-priced tickets and are available for a limited time or while allocation lasts.

  Once the Early Bird allocation has sold out or the offer period has ended, tickets will return to the regular event price.

  Early Bird tickets are subject to the same event terms and conditions as our regular tickets.

• Allergies

  What about allergies and dietary requirements?

  We do our best to make our sensory experiences as inclusive and safe as possible. Please let us know about any allergies, sensitivities or specific requirements when purchasing your tickets, or contact us before the event.

  For our under-2 sessions, activities are taste-safe where possible. We also use alternatives such as gluten-free Play-Doh and non-citrus options when required.

  Please note that while we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment or prevent cross-contamination. Some activities may contain or come into contact with common allergens.

  Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children and determining whether an activity is suitable for them.

• Refunds

  What is your refund policy?

  Tickets are refundable up to 7 days before the event.

  Unfortunately, due to event planning and provider requirements, we are unable to offer refunds within 7 days of the event.

  If you can no longer attend outside of the refund period, you are welcome to contact us to discuss whether your tickets can be transferred to another person, subject to our approval.

  If an event is cancelled or significantly changed by Sprout & Explore Nature Play, affected ticket holders will be contacted and provided with the applicable options.
