Event description

Join us for an information session with Red Earth Relationship Manager James Wallace Smith and Tim Angus, Director of Boarding.

Partnering with Red Earth, students will travel to the Northern Territory for an immersive cultural experience. Red Earth is an organisation that connects people with remote Indigenous Homelands in a safe and meaningful way. Students will learn about the rich culture of the land, kinship, connection to country, language, traditional food preparation and the complexities of living in remote areas directly from its custodians. They will also have an opportunity to contribute to community projects.

The program will be held in the Term 2 holidays from Saturday 29 June - Saturday 6 July 2024. Students will travel to Darwin where they will begin their tour to Litchfield National Park, Watjan Homeland, Nauiyu Community and Tumbling Waters before returning home.
