Sri Lankan Cooking Classes - 28/29/30th March

Due to overwhelming interest following a successful weekend in February, Pieter Siebel, known as The Spice Whisperer, is back for his second weekend of Sri Lankan cooking classes at Bellarine Provedore in Drysdale.
With over 30 years of international culinary experience and as the host of Pete's Travelling Pans, his spice business, and culinary tours to Sri Lanka, Pete is passionate about sharing his knowledge and entertaining his audience.
During the classes, he will share his cultural background and journey to Australia while teaching you how to prepare a variety of dishes, complete with his expert tips and tricks. Together, you'll create a delightful feast before sitting down to enjoy a wonderful meal.
Each class will last approximately 2.5 to 3 hours.
This weekend's menu features tamarind and black pepper braised beef with milk rice, katta sambol, and coconut roti cooked in frying pans, along with potato thel dala with chili and Seeni Sambol.
Classes are limited to 10-12. Aprons will be provided for use during the session, or feel free to bring your favourite one! Aprons will also be available for purchase.
