SRU 2025 Charity Gala Ball

Join us for one of our major fundraising events of the year - our second annual Charity Gala Ball!

We are so excited to invite you to celebrate with us and partner with you to continue to raise much-needed funds to support those in the community that need it the most. 

WHEN:        Friday 30th May, 2025

WHERE:      Belmont 16s

TIME:         6:30 for 7:00pm. Finish time 12:00am

DRESS:       Black Tie

COST:         $200pp / $1,950 for a table of 10. Corporate Sponsorship Tables from $2,450 - $21,950 (Please email Michelle for these payment details & invoicing).

INCLUDED: 3 course meal, 2 x bottles of wine on each table on arrival (with cash bar), entertainment, silent & live auction, fun photo booth, DJ, games, etc! * We are working with the 16's to sell drink vouchers if people would like beer/wine/soft drink on the night (similar to a package deal), but found a lot of guests last year purchased their own drinks (spirits) so we haven't included a drink package this time, just the wine on tables on arrival.
