Welcome to the 2027 SSWAG Spring Conference!

Join us for a special Homecoming celebration as we honor 80 years of SSWAG and the incredible legacy of school social work across Georgia. We’ll gather at the Hyatt Regency in Savannah, Georgia, for a conference filled with inspiring speakers, engaging workshops, interactive activities, and meaningful networking opportunities.

Spring Conference Registration Deadlines & Rates

• Early Bird Rate: Payment must be received in full by 11:59 PM on November 30, 2026. Mailed payments must be postmarked by November 30.

• Standard Rate: Payment must be received in full by 11:59 PM on February 1, 2027. Mailed payments must be postmarked by February 1.

• Late Rate: Payment must be received in full by 11:59 PM on March 3, 2027. Mailed payments must be postmarked by March 3. No registrations will be accepted after March 3rd.

Please note: Receiving an invoice for a discounted rate does not guarantee that rate unless payment is made in full by the applicable deadline.

• SSWAG Membership: To receive the member registration rate, your membership dues must be paid in full at the time of registration for the conference. You can pay for your membership through Humanitix or the SSWAG website: www.sswaga.org.

• Please note: CE's are separate from registration and must be paid by March 3, 2027 in order to receive a certificate.

HOTEL BOOKING INFORMATION: Please click the link below to reserve your room at the Hyatt Regency Savannah. The room rate of $246 is available for 2/28/27–3/3/27. You must be registered for the conference to use this room rate no later than 1/1/2027.

Bank Charges - Bank charges incurred by SSWAG due to insufficient funds are the responsibility of the registrant. After two returned checks, registrants are required to submit cash, a cashier’s check, or a money order for future conference payments.
