Stall Registration Stirling Community Christmas Pageant 2025
Event description
Held on Sunday 7th December from 11am, the Stirling Community Christmas Pageant, Fair and Market brings delight to all of the Hills Community.
The pageant commences on Druid Ave Stirling and progresses down Mt Barker Rd to the Stirling Oval for the Fair and Market and opportunities for children to visit Father Christmas.
The Fair and Market provides live music, family activities, sideshows, animal nursery, food stalls and many market stalls.
The event will be marketed as an opportunity for the purchase of Christmas gifts and can attract approximately 5000 people on the day.
Registration for stalls are now open. Apply for stall approval by emailing pageant@thehut.org.au
Priority for food stalls will be given to Hills community groups to maximise their fundraising opportunities.
Stall costs for 3x3m site: $35 Community groups and $55 Businesses
An additional $15 is charged for 6x3m site and $10 if your require electricity (limited availability).
Tickets for good, not greed Humanitix dedicates 100% of profits from booking fees to charity
