It’s not too saturated. You’re not too late.
Whether you’re yet to start on social media or already have an established following, the principles in this workshop can be applied to all channels of any size and any genre. You’ll learn how “the algorithm” actually works and the principles that help creators succeed organically. No paying for views, no gimmicks, no clickbait.
Led by social media strategist Kat Williams, who has worked with hundreds of creators and channels globally, from those just starting out to accounts with 45+ million followers — this session shares the real patterns behind what works (and what doesn’t) on social media. You’ll leave with practical, actionable insights to grow an audience actually worth having.
This online session will be held via Microsoft Teams.
A link to the seminar will be sent to your registered email address the day before the event.

Kat Williams is a social media strategist who has helped hundreds of creators, brands, and organisations grow thriving online communities, from those just starting out to channels with 45+ million followers. She has worked with some of the world’s biggest channels and has seen the patterns of what works and what doesn’t.
She began her career as a creator herself, building an audience of more than 400,000 followers. That first-hand experience in content creation inspired her to help others succeed in the same space.
Kat went on to design and deliver global accelerator programs on behalf of the social media platforms, empowering creators with the strategies and insights to build sustainable channels and lasting careers. She has also shared her expertise on international panels about audience growth, storytelling, and creator–brand collaboration.
Passionate about making social media knowledge accessible and practical, Kat combines her creator and strategist experience to teach others how to grow audiences that truly connect, engage, and last.
