Standard 4.4: Continuous Improvement

The revised Standards for RTOs introduce a strengthened focus on effective governance in comparison to the governance requirements outlined in the current Standards which largely focus on legislative compliance and regulatory cooperation. 

This webinar will focus on Standard 4.4 of the revised Standards for RTOs to explore how an RTO can undertake systematic monitoring and evaluation to support the delivery of quality services and continuous improvement.
