This one-hour information session will explore how regularly reviewing policies, practices and volunteer experiences can strengthen volunteer involvement and organisational effectiveness. Learn practical approaches to gathering feedback, measuring impact, identifying improvement opportunities, and implementing meaningful changes that support volunteers and the communities they serve.
