Strong volunteer programs are built on a commitment to learning, evaluation and continuous improvement. This one-hour information session will explore how regularly reviewing policies, practices and volunteer experiences can strengthen volunteer involvement and organisational effectiveness. Learn practical approaches to gathering feedback, measuring impact, identifying improvement opportunities, and implementing meaningful changes that support volunteers and the communities they serve.

Participants will learn:

  • Why continuous improvement is essential for quality volunteer involvement

  • The importance of gathering and responding to volunteer and stakeholder feedback
