With a mens health crisis, now is the time to forge alliance with fellow community members to support and rise.

'We rise by lifting others'

This special event has been beautifully crafted to bring together some of the most amazing space holders on the Central Coast to invite you into a day of connection, healing and revelation for men, women and their families. 

Everyone and anyone that feels aligned to mens health and community is invited to join this gathering being hosted in Wyoming, Central Coast.

The day will be split into two schedule. 

MEN

Men will be given special quarters where they will be hosted and held to find a path and mens support group available to them. 

10.00 am doors will open for tea and light refreshments

10.15 am Men will be taken to main hall to be introduced by facilitators.

10.30 am Breath work and Ice, led by Chris Sulfa from Aligned Breathwork

12.00 pm Lunch and Music (Sausage sizzle out on the lawn, please bring change as this will not be included in the event cost)

12.45 pm Speaker and Comedian, Kabba MK will go through his own story with a comedy spin

1.30 pm Speaker and Alternative Therapist, Andrew Edmonds will talk into mindset and processing emotions through psychology and energetics

2.15 pm mini tea break

2.30 pm Gather in main hall for acoustic set and close with Micheal StGeorge

3.00 pm finish and mingle on the grass

WOMEN

10.00 am doors will open for tea and light refreshments

10.15 am Women will be taken to second hall to be introduced by facilitators.

10.30 am Basket Weaving Introduction, Shantell Shakti Love + Bunny Hug Therapy on the lawn for children

12.00 pm Lunch and Music (Sausage sizzle out on the lawn, please bring change as this will not be included in the event cost)

12.45 pm Emotional Processing Practitioner, Chantelle Sultana from Rise Above Barriers

1.45 pm Speaker and Alternative Therapist, Kassandra Scardino will talk into women's health and supporting you and the path ahead 

2.15 pm mini tea break

2.30 pm Gather in main hall for acoustic set and close with Micheal StGeorge

3.00 pm finish and mingle on the grass
