Refund policy

Ticket Terms & Conditions By purchasing a ticket to any event hosted Starlight Festival, you agree to the following terms: Non-Refundable Tickets All ticket purchases are strictly non-refundable. This policy is in place due to upfront costs required to secure venues, facilitators, and event logistics—many of which require a non-refundable deposit paid in advance. Commitment to Attendance Your ticket confirms your commitment to attend the event. We encourage you to ensure your availability before purchasing, as we are unable to offer refunds for change of mind, scheduling conflicts, or personal circumstances. Ticket Transfers If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person. All transfer requests must be submitted in writing at least 72 hours prior to the event, including the new attendee’s full name and contact details. Event Changes or Cancellation In the unlikely event that Starlight must cancel or reschedule the event, you will be offered: A full credit toward a future event, or A transfer to the rescheduled date Refunds will only be issued if the event is cancelled entirely and cannot be rescheduled No-Show Policy Failure to attend the event without prior notice will be considered a forfeited ticket. No credits or transfers will be issued. Agreement to Terms By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
