STARLIGHT IN THE BONES
Description
STARLIGHT IN THE BONES
A Somatic Dance and Breath Journey
with Sarsha Hope & Nadia Havlena
Before you were body, you were light.
Before you were name, you were sound.
Starlight in the Bones is an invitation to remember.
We begin in the dance, letting the beat find your bones and rhythm soften the edges of the mind, until the room dissolves and there is only resonance, only you, vast and shimmering, answering the call.
Then the rhythm shifts, and the breath carries you on. Held by the pulse of binaural beats, you travel beyond the body and beyond thought, meeting the same experience from a different perspective, through the eyes that lie beyond the mind, the ones that have always known.
Two doorways, one remembering. The body knows. The breath knows.
Rest in the resonance where everything is heard,
and return, forever changed,
carrying the light home.
Sarsha Hope
Sarsha Hope is the founder of Somatic Dance International, a global teacher-training school and community that has trained hundreds of facilitators around the world.
For more than thirty years, her work has woven together dance, somatics, the nervous system and spirituality, along with the courage it takes to bring our deepest desires into form. Sarsha knows that expansion rarely arrives without fear, and her practice is not to silence the doubting parts but to listen to them and keep stepping forward together. As she puts it, if your dreams don't make you a little nervous, perhaps you're not dreaming big enough.
Nadia Havlena
Nadia Havlena is a Functional Breathing Specialist and Breath and Quantum Consciousness Journeys Facilitator, working where science meets transformation.
She teaches functional breathing for health and performance, and guides deep inner journeys that bring clarity, purpose and lasting change. Her training includes Buteyko Clinic International, Oxygen Advantage, SOMA Breath and the Institute of Quantum Consciousness.
Nadia has worked with doctors, entrepreneurs and people moving through major life transitions, all seeking something deeper than surface-level answers. Her work is grounded and practical, yet goes deep, addressing the whole person: body, mind and the patterns beneath.
