STARplex Morning Yoga Retreat at Blackham
Join us for a Sunday Morning Yoga Retreat in the serene setting of Blackham!
Enjoy a tranquil relaxed setting, get back to nature and find your inner peace with an invigorating morning.
Our experienced instructor Kate will guide you through calming poses to help you unwind and recharge. The yoga session will be followed with a refreshing breakfast provided by Vintage Chef Co and a Nutrition Presentation by Jemma (STARplex Nutrition Coach). You will then get a chance to explore the surroundings on guided walking trails.
Your morning will entail:
8.30am Welcome
8.45am Yoga session with Kate
9.30am Breakfast with Nutrition Presentation from 10.00am
10.15am Walking Trails
Where is Blackham: Blackham Environmental and Conservation Centre is approximately 15mins drive from STARplex. We will provide clients further information regarding maps/directions closer to the time.
Parking: Parking is limited onsite, so we suggest carpool from STARplex where possible.
What to bring: Yoga mat, water bottle, hand towel and enclosed comfortable walking shoes. Plus, optional blanket or large towel and small pillow.
Breakfast provided by Vintage Chef Co. *Please let us know any dietary requirements when booking.
