Starting a new business can be exciting - but have you considered all of the aspects to set you up for success? Join this free session to learn all the basics and a Q&A with guest speakers.

Topics that will be covered:

  • Understand the key success factors involved in starting your business, including market research, tax and insurance considerations, choosing the most suitable business structures, and many more.

  • Overview of Business Plan and how to get started

  • Create an action plan that will give you the steps you need to work towards your business

  • Understand where to go for additional information and how to access the many resources available to you as a small business owner


Speaker : Duncan Vincent Rao

Duncan Vincent Rao brings over 30 years of experience in sales training, business development, and coaching. He has worked across Australia, Singapore, and Hong Kong, and trained professionals in 11 countries.

Qualified in Communication, Commerce, and Small Business Management, Duncan is a certified trainer with organisations such as Huthwaite International, BTS Training, and The Real Learning Co. He also holds a Diploma in Professional Coaching from the Australian Institute of Management.

Duncan currently coaches startup and scale-up businesses through Business Victoria and Monarch Institute. Known for his practical, real-world approach, he helps business owners turn complex ideas into actionable strategies. He is also the founder of Couriers 3030 and Business Coaching 3030, dedicated to helping others learn, lead, and grow.
