Hazards

Our workshop takes place on a working farm—a living, breathing space shared with animals, gardens, and natural elements. While it’s a beautiful and inspiring place to learn, we kindly ask all participants to be mindful of the following: - This is a working environment: Machinery, tools, and animals may be present. Please follow all instructions and stay within designated workshop areas. - Animals live here too: We share the space with chickens, sheep, and other creatures. Please treat all animals with care and respect, and be aware of their boundaries. - Wear appropriate footwear: The ground may be uneven, muddy, or slippery depending on the weather. Sturdy, closed-toe shoes or boots are essential for your safety and comfort. - Dress for the elements: As our activities are mostly outdoors, please come prepared with sun protection, rain gear, or layers as needed. - Your safety and wellbeing are our top priority—thank you for helping us create a safe and respectful space on the farm.

Toilet location

Please note that our on-site toilet facilities are composting toilets. These are eco-friendly, waterless systems that align with our sustainable values and work beautifully when used correctly—clear instructions will be provided. If you prefer a traditional public toilet, the nearest facilities are located at the Drysdale Recreation Reserve, just a short drive away. We appreciate your understanding and support for low-impact living!
