Looking to start your in-home aged care journey, but not sure where to begin?

Join us on International Day of Older Persons for an obligation-free meeting with Southcare's in-house Partnership Specialist, Jules, who will help you better understand:

• how to navigate your aged care journey

• how the My Aged Care application process works

• the types of care and support available including Support at Home, Commonwealth Home Support Program and Private Care

• costs and funding options

• what the Government's waitlist means

Your meeting will be held as 1-1 private appointment, meaning it will be just you and your personal circumstances discussed in confidence. No big groups and no jargon - just a friendly face and caring hands to help you. Of course, if you want to bring loved ones along, they are welcome too.

Bookings are available between 9am - 2pm and the exact time will be confirmed with you when you register. Please supply your contact details when booking so Jules can confirm a time that best works for you.

This is a great opportunity to ask questions and gain clarity on the next steps towards receiving the in-home aged care support you need.

Tickets are no charge and refreshments will be provided, so please come along and explore your options.
