The theme is "Startups with Purpose: How Female Entrepreneurs are Shaping the Future". Purpose-driven leadership and entrepreneurship with a focus on impact. 

Discussion Topics:

• How do we increase the number of female-led Startups, and Why is this important?
• How women entrepreneurs are driving change through purpose-led ventures.
• The balance between profitability and positive social impact.
• Developing businesses with sustainability and community in mind.
• Navigating personal values in leadership decisions.
• Scaling a purpose-driven business in today’s economy.

This theme focuses on women entrepreneurs who are not just profit-focused but also driven by a larger mission, resonating with the increasing focus on social entrepreneurship. We need more of this!
