I welcome you to an introduction to activated Breathwork. 

Breathwork is a powerful tool to access a deeper connection to self and understanding of our human nature and can provide unique opportunities to access blocked emotions and past experiences that are not yet complete within the body-mind system, by learning about and expressing and closing these emotional cycles and loops we bring space to let go of past traumas and become closer to our purpose and meaning in life.

I believe in empowering humans to be the best they can be, i am not your healer, if anything, i am a guide to help you become your own healer. If you can imagine a dark forest and you are looking for the way through, i may be one of the people you meet holding a lamp, to walk some of the way with you, but it is a journey YOU must walk, with support, but it is your own unique journey.

 The only person i am a healer for is myself, in the same way i believe you are, for YOU!

I will teach you the tools and guide the process of activated deep breathing in a safe and compassionate environment, so that you can to tap into your own subconscious and access parts of yourself not visible with the conscious mind, so that you can learn to bring love to the places within yourself that may be in need of your love and attention to be able to move forwards in life without being held back by memories of past experiences that are held within the body.

Breathwork is a safe and non addictive method for accessing non-ordinary states of consciousness, it is within these states, in a safe and facilitated environment, we can access the parts of ourselves that are calling out for our love.

Please note spaces are limited to 18 persons at venue, no shows are not refundable as it is important to maintain integrity within the energetic exchange and others may have wanted to book your spot, thank you for your understanding. 24 cancellation by personal request.

Please bring a yoga mat, eye cover, water, lip balm if desired, and a blanket to keep warm as body temperature can change during the breathwork. A journal is also a great companion, to write down anything you would like to keep fresh in mind.

Please reach out if you have any questions, deep activated breathwork is not recommended for people with underlying health conditions including lung and heart conditions, or any serious mental health conditions. Please speak to your physician should you have any queries.
