Build your inner strength and resilience with a weekly Dru Yoga class, based on soft flowing movements controlled by breath and visualisation. Dru Yoga is a style of yoga that works on the body and the mind, strenghtening core stability and building a heightened feeling of positivity and empowerment. Each class includes a comprehensive relaxation/meditation to help heal and transform and allow you to unfold your personal power through stillness. Each class is 1.5 hours duration and you will need your own yoga mat, drink, and pillows/bolsters/blankets for the meditation. Cost per class $10
