A free community gathering for seniors, families, carers, Elders, volunteers and sector professionals from government, not-for-profit, and community organisations, including those working in aged care, health, social, and support services.

Join us for a day of connection, conversation, and collaboration—sharing ideas, experiences, and opportunities to help shape future directions and priorities for preventing social isolation among older Queenslanders in your region. Featuring inspiring speakers, interactive workshops and powerful lived experiences.
