For young people 12 to 18 years

Ever wonder how sugar turns into tasty treats? Dive into the delicious world of candy making in our fun, hands-on workshop! You’ll learn the cool science behind sugar, heat, and chemical reactions as we whip up some sweet creations in the Demonstration Kitchen. By the end, you’ll (hopefully) have some yummy toffee to take home—if you don’t eat it first!

Bookings are essential. If you cannot register for a ticket online, please contact the library on (08) 9477 7150 for assistance.
