STEM in the Kitchen
Event description
Calling all young chefs and future engineers! In this hands-on workshop, participants will roll up their sleeves to learn the art of making fresh, homemade pasta from scratch. But the creativity doesn't stop in the kitchen—next, they’ll put their problem-solving skills to the test by using uncooked spaghetti and their homemade pasta dough to design and construct bridges.
Working in teams, young creators will compete to see which bridge can withstand the most weight. This engaging workshop blends culinary arts with the principles of engineering and physics, offering a fun and educational experience that builds confidence, teamwork, and creativity.
Perfect for curious minds who love food, challenges, and thinking outside the box!
