Welcome yourself into the first week of Spring with loving intention.
In this 2 hour Yin immersion, we will gently move through the energies of Spring and our alignment with the seasons with a gentle, slower yoga practice that incorporates TCM theory, soft-tissue release and is ideal for all levels of practice, including beginners.
Accessing the growth energies of the wood element and corresponding meridians of Spring (Liver & Gallbladder), we explore how we can use the benefits of Yin Yoga to help us move through Spring with optimal health and ease, shaking off the Wintery blanket and stepping into a bountiful Spring with a newfound sense of being.
