STEP NSW Branch invites you to a seminar with the Honourable Justice Geoff Lindsay AM.
Topic: Current Issues and Routine Patterns in Estate Litigation, Across Jurisdictional Boundaries and in Social Context
Justice Lindsay will examine the role of the Supreme Court of NSW’s equity jurisdiction at its intersection with routine estate administration; the concept of elder abuse in connection with estate planning; shifting paradigms in a “pluralist”, managed society; the role of “expectations” in estate litigation; and the ever-present problem of costs.
