Beyond the Binary is a Mental Health Week event, designed for anyone interested in understanding how gender expectations and social norms shape our everyday lives. Together, we’ll explore how binary gender expectations, unconscious bias, and long-held social norms shape the way we see ourselves and others —and how expanding our perspective can open up new possibilities for wellbeing, connection, and authenticity.

This is a safe, welcoming space for curiosity, connection, and creativity for ALL people, led by LGBTQIA+ specialist mental health practitioners.
