SPEAKER | PAUL EVANS TEP

Paul Evans is an Accredited Specialist in Wills and Estates law with over 30 years' experience in providing legal services to private clients, specialising in wills and estate planning, disputes to wills, protecting assets for future generations and estate administration.

Paul is ranked in the 2025 Doyles’ Guide as a Preeminent Wills, Estates & Succession Planning lawyer, he is also ranked in the listing of leading Wills & Estates Litigation lawyers in NSW.

He joined Makinson d'Apice from National Australia Trustees Limited (part of NAB Private Wealth) where he was Manager Northern States, Estate Planning.

During his time in London, he specialised in inheritance tax mitigation and has extensive experienced in assisting a range of clients including high net worth individuals in transferring and protecting their wealth.

Paul advise Government agencies including the NSW Trustee and Guardian, and he has also acted for many charities, including Save the Children Fund and The King Edward's Hospital Fund for London.

Paul is a regular speaker on wills and estate law at estate planning, estate administration and superannuation seminars providing continuing legal education for solicitors and other professionals and is sought after for his wealth of knowledge and his vast experience.
