During this 1 day mindful meditation retreat you will be guided through a range of practices that strengthen the ability to quieten the mind and open ourselves into the field of spaciousness that is available to us in any moment we become fully present. If you are feeling squeezed, rushed, anxious, overburdened or overwhelmed then this day is most definitely for you. Neave Ross-Wallace will lead the retreat, drawing on her 29 years of experience and knowledge as a meditator, mindfulness teacher, Gestalt therapist and adult educator.

This retreat is designed to be suitable for beginners right through to those that are seasoned practitioners. 

You will need to bring your own lunch and there will be light snacks and hot drinks provided throughout the day. Please think about wearing comfortable clothing that you can move freely in and bring a mat or blanket and a pillow to support you to lie on the floor for around 30 minutes.
