Still + Bloom: A Winter Mini Retreat
Sunday 10th August | 4–6pm | $65
Shake off the winter blues and join us for a slow, cozy afternoon designed to help you reconnect, reflect, and feel nourished from the inside out.
Hosted in collaboration with Inner States and Paper n Petal, Still + Bloom is a gentle invitation to pause, soften, and nurture yourself as the season draws inward.
What to Expect:
45-minute Slow Flow Yoga – Enough to get you warm and moving while staying gentle and restorative. Led by Lucy Jarvis, this mindful flow will invite you to land in your body and release tension.
30-minute Guided Journaling + Meditation – Settle into a 15-minute body scan meditation followed by 15 minutes of prompted journaling. Time to reflect, set intentions, and check in with what you need most right now.
Take-Home Floral Jar – Create and take home your own beautiful bud jar arrangement, bringing a little bloom and colour into the winter months.
Optional Warm Drinks – Enjoy spiced chai, hot cacao, or turmeric lattes available for purchase after the session. A perfect way to round out your winter self-care ritual.
What to Bring:
– Your yoga mat
– Anything else to help you feel cozy and comfortable (blanket, cushion, warm socks)
This experience is all about helping you shift out of the winter slump, reconnect with yourself, and leave feeling calm, inspired, and cared for.
