Stillness & Storm - A Soundbath

A multi-dimensional sound bath journey weaving together gongs, drums, singing bowls, flutes, harmonica, voice and deep silence.  This immersive experience invites participants into transcendent states of awareness through shifting soundscapes, primal rhythms and the sacred stillness that gets cultivated throughout the event.

Please bring a yoga mat, comfortable clothes in layers that you can remove or add in case you get warm or cool and an eye cover.  We will be laying down for about 65-70 minutes so please ensure your comfort to fully benefit from the relaxation that we are working towards.
