✨Stillness + Tea is a gentle, intimate gathering to help you slow down and enjoy stillness through creativity.

This experience invites you to pause and ground yourself through gentle breath-work, some refreshing tea and watercolour practices to nurture presence.

✨Choose the time that feels right for you - the afternoon session to soften, reset & restore, or the morning session to begin the day with grounding & presence.
✨ The experience:

Welcome & Tea – Settle in with freshly brewed herbal tea and mingle with the group.
Guided Breath-work & Stillness – Ease yourself into the present moment through gentle breathing exercises and mindful stillness.
Watercolour Practice – Enjoy the gently guided watercolour exercises, to help you stay present, connect within and express yourself creatively (no previous art experience needed).
Sharing & Connection – Wind up with conversation, sharing your experience with the group. Light snacks & refreshments will be provided.

At the end of the session, you will have your own unique artwork to take home; a reminder to pause and be present.
