Welcome to Stim Squad. 💙

We’re bringing neurodivergent children, adults and the people beside them together for a Sunday of walking, exploring and meeting a new local community.

Our November launch is your first chance to experience Stim Squad before the full monthly season begins in February 2027.

Launch tickets start at $49, with one accompanying parent or required carer included as explained below.

The gathering lasts three hours. How much of that you spend walking is up to you.

WHAT IS STIM SQUAD?

Stim Squad is an inclusive walking community for neurodivergent people and their families.

Autistic and ADHD children and adults are welcome, along with people with other neurodivergent experiences, siblings, parents, partners, grandparents, carers and support workers.

No diagnosis documentation is required. You are welcome while exploring neurodivergence, waiting for assessment or living with an established diagnosis.

Bring your AAC, headphones, mobility aids and familiar supports. Stay with your household, meet someone new, enjoy a conversation or walk quietly alongside the group.

We want Stim Squad Sundays to become something you look forward to: a familiar blue meeting point, people you recognise and another outing to put in the calendar.

People to help you understand how the gathering works and find your way around the event.

Choose the main route, a shorter option or time near the meeting point. Route details will be shared before the event so you can decide what suits you.

🌿 Freedom to enjoy the morning at your pace

Pause, rest, turn back or take a break. You do not need to complete a set distance to be part of the Squad.

💬 Time to meet your local community

Get to know other participants, parents, siblings and supporters. Join a conversation or simply enjoy being there.

Food and drinks are not included. Please bring water and familiar snacks. Any confirmed vendor options will be listed in the Sunday guide.

HOW THE MORNING WORKS

1. Find the blue 💙

Head to the meeting point, meet the team and take some time to settle in.

2. Participate in Your Way 👟

You might be ready for the main walk, prefer a shorter route or want to spend time near the meeting point first.

3. Move, pause and explore 🌿

Walk alongside the Squad at a pace that works for you. There is time to stop, notice something interesting, rest and enjoy being outdoors.

4. Gather and connect 💬

Spend time around the meeting point before heading home. Meet another family, ask the team a question or find out what’s coming next.

Three hours together does not mean three hours of walking.

The included parent or carer does not need a separate ticket.

Launch Entry | Adult Participant + Carer if Required

One adult participant at the launch.

Come independently, or bring one accompanying carer or support person where required at no additional cost.

Additional Adult | Launch Entry

Add another adult to a booking that already includes a main launch ticket or season pass.

This covers the November launch only. You do not need this ticket for the companion already included in your main ticket.

Additional Child | Launch Entry

Add another child to a booking that already includes a main launch ticket or season pass.

This covers the November launch only and does not include another adult. Children remain with their responsible adult throughout.

2027 Season Pass + FREE Launch Entry

$400

Make Stim Squad a regular date in your calendar.

Your pass includes:

• One participant’s place at all ten monthly events from February to November 2027

• Free entry to the launch on Sunday 1 November 2026 for that participant

• One accompanying parent or required carer at each event

• Location and access information before each gathering

• One payment, with no automatic renewal

That works out to $40 per 2027 event, plus the launch free.

Compared with eleven separate $49 admissions, that is a $139 saving before booking fees.

Buying a season pass? You do not need another launch ticket for the participant covered by your pass.

Additional adult and child launch tickets cover November only. They do not add another person to your season pass.

There are no Stim Squad gatherings in December or January.

KNOW BEFORE YOU GO

Where are we meeting?

The launch will take place in Moreton Bay, Queensland.

The exact location will be announced two weeks before the event, on Sunday 18 October.

When will I receive the preparation guide?

Your detailed Sunday guide will be provided on Monday 26 October.

It will cover:

• Exact meeting point and parking

• Route distances and approximate walking times

• Surfaces, slopes, stairs and road crossings where applicable

• Shorter options and resting points

• Toilets and accessible facilities

• Shade and seating

• Sensory considerations

• Food arrangements

• What to bring

Bookings made after the guide is released will receive it when registering.

Can I bring a pram, wheelchair or mobility aid?

Yes. Prams, wheelchairs, mobility aids, AAC and sensory supports are welcome.

Please review the confirmed route and access information to decide which option suits you. Contact the team before booking if you need particular information.

Is childcare included?

Children stay with their responsible adult throughout the event.

PPP’s team supports the gathering and participation. Stim Squad does not provide drop off childcare or individual child supervision.

Do we have to join everything?

You choose how to participate. Take a shorter route, pause when you need to or remain near the meeting point.

What if conditions change?

Any changes to the location or event arrangements will be communicated to booked participants. Please check your event emails before travelling.
