you'll be asked to upload one photo at checkout. we'll print it and mount it on white cardstock for you.
please only upload photos you own or have permission to use, and avoid photos that are offensive or inappropriate. we may decline or ask you to replace a photo.
please upload your photo so we can prepare your cardstock. we can't guarantee changes after you upload the photo.
your stitch is two letters, or one letter and one simple pattern (a heart, a star or a ribbon), in red thread. we may not be able to accommodate requests outside these options.
uploaded photos are used only to prepare your keepsake and will be deleted after the event.

4. photography and social media

we'll be taking digital portraits against our blue backdrop. taking a portrait is optional.
we may photograph or film the evening for bayt kita's website, instagram and marketing. if you'd prefer not to be featured, you can tell us at checkout or on the night, and we'll respect that.
your digital portrait is yours to keep and share. please tag us if you do.

5. food and allergies

our pizza is vegetarian and halal by default, as no meat is used. our hot chocolate is made with lactose free milk, but the cream is not lactose free, so let us know if you'd like yours without.
our food is prepared in a kitchen that may handle nuts, gluten, dairy, eggs and other allergens, so we can't guarantee any item is completely free from them. please let us know about any allergies or dietary needs at checkout so we can do our best to help.

6. the craft

no experience is needed, and we'll guide you step by step.
craft materials, including needles, are provided for use during the evening. please handle them with care and follow our team's guidance.
your finished keepsake is yours to take home. we're not responsible for any damage to it after the event.

7. conduct and the venue

please be kind and considerate to other guests, our team and the venue.
we reserve the right to ask any guest to leave if their behaviour is unsafe, disruptive or disrespectful, without refund.
please arrive on time so the film can begin without interruption. late arrivals may miss part of the evening, and we can't offer a refund for this.
this event is for guests aged 18+, and please arrive with your own ticket.
please follow club 25's house rules and look after your belongings. bayt kita isn't responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items.

8. changes and cancellation

we may need to change the schedule, menu, film or venue because of circumstances outside our control. we'll let you know by email as soon as possible.
if we cancel the event, we'll offer you a full refund or a place at a rescheduled date.
