SACWA Mary Walker House
,
Event description
School Holiday fun!
Learn all about Parabolic Curves and at the same time have fun making a stitched card. Curve stitching is a form of string art where smooth curves are created through the use of straight lines. It was popularised as a decorative craft in the late 1960’s but today we are having fun adding this technique to make a decorative card.
This workshop is made possible due to a grant from National Science Week.
