Stomp into Harvest: A Winemaker’s Tour & Tasting at Vineyard 1207

Join Brett and Leonie from Vineyard 1207 for a behind-the-scenes experience that takes you right into the heart of harvest.

Guided by winemaker Brett, you'll explore how wines are made – from destemming and crushing through to pressing. You’ll see what’s bubbling away in tank and get to taste a few wines mid-ferment as you learn about maceration, fermentation, and other key steps in the winemaking process.

Once your wine education is complete, sit back and soak up the vineyard views with a full tasting of the current releases, plus a few special drops they’ve tucked away. You’ll enjoy a picnic-style spread of cheese and charcuterie, featuring Leonie’s house-made Shiraz paste.
