The recent weather events have highlighted the importance of building roofs.  Roofs are often forgotten because they are hard to maintain and potentially dangerous to access but water damage can cost a business operation time and money and impact on the health and safety of workers.

However proptech is solving some of these roofing issues such as safely and rapidly identifying problems and implementing maintenance regimes.  In addition, roofs also provide a great opportunity for owners and businesses to create money through capturing and using solar energy.
