Join Tim the Yowie Man, as he recounts the tall tales and true of Lanyon’s early families and workers during a sunset tour of the historic cemetery. Then under the cloak of darkness embark on a behind-the-scenes tour of Lanyon Homestead and surrounds.
An unique experience that shines a spotlight on the untold stories of this historic property. Not for the faint-hearted. For participants aged 16 years and over.
The tour involves walking over uneven ground, occasionally in low lighting. Please wear long pants, covered walking shoes and weather appropriate clothing. BYO water bottle and torch. Reasonable fitness required.
Interested in afternoon tea before the tour? Book your scones with jam and cream and a hot beverage option along with your tour ticket now. Afternoon tea is served at 4pm at the Barracks Café.
