Sid has a great interest in people and developing and maintaining good, working relationships between people and within organisations.  He has spent over 20 years as a teacher and 15 years within the political system as a staffer and parliamentary representative.

Sid also has a passion for musical theatre, mainly as director of some 30 musicals to date - the ultimate environment for nurturing and relying on good relationships between people and the structures that support these.
