From Class 1 Fairy Tales to Parzival Class 11

The story curriculum, which culminates with the great hero tale of Parzival, is at the heart of Steiner education. 

Each year of the Class Teacher phase & on through the middle & High School literature Main Lessons, the selected curriculum stories speak to the current age & stage of social & emotional development.  Age appropriate stories contribute meaningfully to the growing child's inner life experiences, & their capacities to respond to challenges in their outer life.  

With motifs of transformation, possibility, and hope, these stories equip children and young people with soul capacities to help them navigate the troubled and uncertain waters of our time.
