Join us for Stories That Move Us, a special evening celebrating the courage, resilience and strength of Kindred members as they share their lived experiences of mental health challenges.

Through honest and personal stories, we’ll have the opportunity to learn more about the realities of living with mental health challenges the highs, the lows, the challenges faced and the resilience it takes to keep moving forward.

These stories offer an opportunity to listen, learn and better understand the experiences of others, helping to reduce stigma and create greater compassion, connection and understanding within our community.

Most importantly, Stories That Move Us is about creating a safe and welcoming space where lived experience is valued, stories can be shared, and we can learn from one another.

We gratefully acknowledge the support of Council and its investment in local community initiatives that bring people together, encourage conversations about mental health and strengthen community connection.
