Event description

Stories are how people make sense of the world—and when used well, they can transform how we facilitate learning, change, and collaboration. In this hands-on session, Shawn Callahan from Anecdote will introduce four practical, story-based techniques: Pre-mortem, Anecdote Circles, Jumpstart Storytelling, and Decision Games. You’ll get to experience at least three of these approaches for yourself, as well as pick up a few simple tips for spotting real stories (and avoiding communications masquerading as stories). Come ready to participate, reflect, and explore how story can elevate your facilitation practice
