Eligibility:
This offer is valid for guests celebrating a birthday within 7 days (before or after) of their actual birthday. A valid government-issued photo ID must be presented for age verification and to confirm the birthday date.

This package is not a reserved space or booth, it entitles you to entry and drinks only. Booth packages can be purchased in the venue if desired.

Package Contents:
Bottle of Sparkling Wine: One complimentary bottle of sparkling wine will be provided per birthday celebration.
Welcome Shots: A round of welcome shots will be provided for the birthday guest and each person they arrive with, limited to one shot per person.
Free Entry: Complimentary entry is provided for the birthday guest.
Arrival Time: Birthday person must arrive between 10:30 PM and 3:00 AM to qualify for the complimentary birthday package. If you arrive outside of these hours will not be eligible for the complimentary offerings.

Identification:
All guests must provide valid identification at the entrance. Entry is at the discretion of the door staff and management.

Conduct:
Guests are expected to adhere to the StoryVille’s code of conduct. Management reserves the right to refuse service to any guest who does not comply with the establishment’s standards of behavior.

Limitations:
This offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other items. The offer is valid only on the night of the birthday as indicated on the legal ID.

Changes to Terms and Conditions: Management reserves the right to alter or terminate these terms and conditions without prior notice. However, confirmed reservations will be honoured under the terms in effect at the time of booking.

Acceptance of Terms: By accepting the complimentary birthday package, the guest agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
