STRAIGHT TALKING is an engaging 1 day in-person program rich with group discussion and real-time practice.

The workshop involves lessons in mastering essential and difficult conversations, skills including:

• Spotting the opportunities to build trust and ultimately, culture.

• Examining your own frames around conflict and managing it.

• Stay in dialogue when you’re triggered - be prepared to not take it personally.

• Having a Plan A, B and C.

• Take steps to build psychological safety.

• Build questioning and listening skills.

• Statements and sentence stems to support effective communication.
