We're thrilled to invite you to a special five course dinner created by Head Chef, Christophe Mannon-Bakaj. Featuring the bold, expressive wines of Teusner Wines, one of the Barossa Valley's most exciting modern wineries. Kym Teusner himself will be joining us to pour, chat, and share the stories behind the wines that have earned him a cult following.

Founded in 2001, Teusner is known for minimal intervention—they let the old Barossa vines do the talking. Working hand-in-hand with local grape growers, many of whom have been tending the vineyards for generations. It’s all built on trust, respect, and a shared love for the land to  make wines that truly reflect the character and history of the region. 

Come for the wine, stay for the laughs – and don’t be surprised if you end the night with a few new favourite wines (and a few new friends).
