The skills required by a Chair
An understanding of what preparation looks like
How to bring people along the journey
Tactics used to Chair an organisation, event and or meeting

Led by the Strategic Innovators team, you will gain insights in how Chairs can run effective and successful meetings. The workshop draws on our collective experience of chairing and facilitating meetings.

These sessions are for novice and experienced meeting Chairs, and those individuals looking to improve the effectiveness of meetings in our changing world.
